Kenny Telfer BSc Hons MRICS
Director / Chartered Quantity SurveyorKenny is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience advising clients on building projects across a wide range of sectors. As Director of Tantallon Projects, he works directly with private clients, developers and design teams, bringing clear, practical advice on cost, risk and commercial decision-making. He also serves as Vice Chair of the RICS Scotland Board.
Ethan Clark BSc Hons
Quantity SurveyorEthan is a Quantity Surveyor with over five years’ experience across refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build projects. He works across both pre and post-contract stages, bringing a detailed and collaborative approach to cost planning, procurement and financial control. A First Class graduate of Heriot-Watt University, Ethan is currently working towards Chartered status.
